We chose the 4th of July to launch the new Ad Council campaign entitled #WeAreAmerica, which focuses on people’s love for their country, by dissecting what it means to be patriotic.  It explains that true patriotism is not just love for your country, but love for everyone in it.  

The campaign launched with a film, in which pro wrestler, actor, and quintessential all-American John Cena delivers a somewhat unexpected, yet thought-provoking monologue about diversity and inclusion.  A social activation further strengthened the campaign by allowing people to create and share their own “We Are America” GIF portraits and show their support.
